At the heart of the Bullet R2 is Aillio's patented direct drum induction heating system. With 1700 W of heating power and 10 adjustable power steps, you can fine-tune heat application throughout the roast to suit different beans, batch sizes and desired flavour profiles.
The 5.9 L solid carbon steel drum is designed for responsive, even heat transfer, while the adjustable 12-step exhaust fan gives you further control over airflow and roast development.

Great roasting comes from understanding how your coffee responds to heat and airflow. The Bullet R2 works with RoasTime software to log roast data, manage profiles and help you learn from every batch.
FlowSense provides real-time digital airflow readings, giving you another variable to monitor as you refine your roasting technique. With a USB-C computer interface, you can track roast development, compare results and work towards more repeatable outcomes.
From Small Experiments to Full Batches
Whether you're testing a new single origin or roasting a larger batch of your favourite coffee, the Bullet R2 accommodates batch sizes from 200 g to 1 kg. A 1 kg batch can reach first crack in approximately 7–9 minutes, depending on the coffee and roast settings.
Manual bean loading and ejection, a detachable active-fan cooling tray and a removable chaff collector help make the roasting process practical and hands-on, from green beans through to cooled roasted coffee.
